Frequently Asked Questions of quilt preparation for Longarm quilting
Quilting with ease requires preparation, please prepare your quilt for quilting
Trim all threads
Press the quilt and backing (hopefully you washed the fabric first if that is your preference
Press seams in the direction preferred to stabilize the quilt
if you are requesting top stitching press both seams together at an additional cost
or open if stitching out border in the ditch
Measure the size of the quilt width and length (the registration form will ask for that information)
Special requests:
Thread color
Match the background
Variegated thread
Custom quilting based on computerized patterns can be supported
After the quilt is finished, may I take a picture for display on the Quilt Finishing website for other to view
